What does the participant experience?
We always choose clarity and simplicity: even more so for the relationship with the participants. When you are invited to a training course, there are many questions: What will I have to do? how does it work? We give participants a preview of the route, so that it is clear to them what they will get, but also an explanation of what they will have to do: no platform to connect to, login or password, only emails from which to access the activities. Since they are personal emails, we always know when they carry out the activities, and we are at their disposal for any doubts or requests for explanations.
